Mindful Mornings – Next Session is June 7 @ 11am

Join us the first Wednesday of the month for mindfulness and meditation, and other techniques to reduce stress and anxiety. Experience deep relaxation and peace with music, mindfulness, and other simple tools you can use in daily life. Meditation can be effortless and deeply nourishing. All levels welcome.
