We are accepting new clients and continue to provide counseling to our established clients. We accept many insurance plans, including Medicare. The same quality, affordable counseling services RJFS has always been known for can now offered via telephone or video conferencing so that those who need help can receive it without interruption. During times of stress and extra challenges, it is especially important to make and maintain contact that keeps you strong. Help is just a phone call away — we are here for you!
We specialize in treating depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, stress, food/body image, and marital/family issues. We also offer bereavement groups for adults who have experienced the death of a spouse.
Our caring and compassionate therapists provide counseling to children who struggle with behavior problems, mood and anxiety disorders, grief, self esteem, ADHD, divorce, and other issues specific to preschoolers through young adulthood. We provide support to parents and caregivers to give them the tools they need to help their children while managing their own stress.
We provide a welcoming, friendly environment with separate groups for children, adolescents and young adults. Youth who struggle with ADHD, anxiety, and autism spectrum disorders participate in our groups to learn and practice skills to help them make and maintain friendships at school, at work, and beyond!
If you are in need of food and cannot pay for shopping at this time, we can provide you with a set of basic staples. Contact our office to make an appointment to pick up.
